Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any part of the v2world platform. By creating an account or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
Words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
By accessing v2world, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions, the v2world Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the v2world Platform and close your Account if one has been created.
Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and v2world. You should retain a copy for your records. The current version is always available at v2world.co/terms-conditions.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on the v2world Platform. v2world enforces this age restriction without exception. Age verification is required as part of the registration process, and failure to pass verification will result in account access being denied or suspended.
21+v2world accounts and gaming services are strictly for individuals aged 21 and above. Minors are prohibited from accessing or using the Platform.
To register a v2world Account, you must:
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the v2world Platform. The opening of duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated Accounts, with any balance subject to review and potential forfeiture where prohibited conduct is identified.
v2world reserves the right to request documentary verification of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Documents may include a national identity card, passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending compliance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your v2world Account login credentials. You agree to:
v2world will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials. All activity conducted through your Account is your responsibility unless and until v2world is notified in writing of a security breach.
All Account balances, deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on the v2world Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied by v2world.
v2world accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Connect. Additional methods may be added or removed at v2world's discretion.
The minimum deposit is RM30. The minimum withdrawal is RM50. Maximum transaction limits may apply per method and are displayed at the point of transaction.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity and payment verification. v2world aims to process approved withdrawals to e-wallet methods within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days. v2world reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending verification or compliance review.
You may not deposit funds on behalf of a third party or use payment methods not registered in your own name. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party source may be voided and returned to the source payment method, with the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
v2world may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal restrictions derived from bonus funds.
v2world reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. If a Player is found to have misused the bonus system — including through the use of multiple Accounts, abuse of wagering strategies, or collusion — v2world reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it and to close the associated Account.
All Games available on v2world are governed by individual game rules published within the game interface. By placing a Wager on any Game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that Game.
Random number generator (RNG) software used in v2world's digital casino games is supplied by licensed, independently audited studios. Live dealer Games are conducted by professional dealers in monitored studios. v2world does not alter game outcomes or dealing procedures in any way not disclosed in the published game rules.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a Game session, the affected round may be voided and the Wager returned to the Player's Account at v2world's discretion. Winnings accrued during a confirmed malfunction shall not be paid.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the v2world Platform:
v2world reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to void any Wagers and forfeit any balance associated with such conduct, without prior notice.

Once activated, cooling-off and self-exclusion measures cannot be reversed for the duration of the period selected. v2world will not knowingly accept deposits or Wagers from a Player who has self-excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, v2world's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
v2world shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or data; (c) service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond v2world's reasonable control including network outages, third-party system failures, or force majeure events; or (d) any losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
The v2world Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. v2world does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform at all times.
All content on the v2world Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, and branding — is the intellectual property of v2world or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any part of the v2world Platform or its content without prior written consent from v2world.
v2world collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. v2world does not sell Player data to third parties for marketing purposes.
v2world reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on their Account with not less than seven (7) days' notice prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Continued use of the v2world Platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which v2world holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through v2world's internal complaints process shall be referred to the relevant regulatory authority under which v2world operates.
To initiate a complaint, contact v2world's support team in the first instance. v2world will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve all disputes within 14 calendar days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, v2world will facilitate referral to an independent dispute resolution body.
